Mobility Ambassador

Problem

Navigating King County’s public transit is difficult due to fragmented tools, accessibility barriers, and lack of real-time support. Tourists, elderly passengers, and non-native speakers struggle with multimodal transfers and schedule changes.

Approach

The project uses a centralized database, backend scoring system, and multimodal trip comparison engine to personalize transit recommendations. An AI chatbot offers instant assistance via text, voice, and image inputs.

Solution

An AI-powered chatbot delivers real-time support, personalized trip planning, and continuous feedback to improve accuracy. It integrates multiple transportation sources and user preferences to optimize travel experiences.
