Naomi Thomas

Naomi L. Thomas is an instructional designer with a focus on transforming complex, technical subject matter into accessible and engaging learning experiences. She holds a master’s degree in Instructional Design & Technology and a bachelor’s degree in Education Sciences, with a specialization in educational technology.

At the University of Washington’s Global Innovation Exchange (GIX), she collaborates with faculty to design graduate-level courses for the upcoming hybrid MS in Technology Innovation. Before joining UW, she designed online university courses in aviation and engineering, developed technical training in the SaaS industry, and led curriculum and educator development initiatives in K–12 education.
